Custom Industrial Conveyors
Automate your material handling processes with MODULAR conveyors, custom-made with structural aluminum profiles. Our industrial conveyors adapt to the different types of loads in your industry and integrate easily with other equipment and automation systems, making them ideal for use in your production lines.
Types of Conveyors
(Conveyors)
Pallet transporter
The most robust conveyor on the market.
Lengths from 400 mm to 18,000 mm.
Pallet widths from 160 mm to 1,200 mm.
Maximum load per pallet: 600 kg.
Belt conveyor
The most widely used in the industry. Simple and lightweight.
Lengths from 600 mm to 20,000 mm.
Belt widths from 80 mm to 1,200 mm.
Maximum load: 120 kg.
Roller conveyor
Common for heavy-duty and/or gravity-operated applications.
Lengths range from 400 mm to 6000 mm.
Roller lengths: 120 mm to 1000 mm.
Maximum load: 250 kg/m².
Inclined Conveyor
For automated gravity or drip filling applications.
Lengths from 1500 mm to 10,000 mm.
Belt widths from 200 mm to 800 mm.
Maximum load: 600 kg.
How to choose the right conveyor for your industry?
Choosing the right conveyor depends on four variables: what you transport (weight, dimensions and fragility of the part or pallet), how much (parts per hour and duty cycles), along which path (straight runs, curves, level changes or accumulation) and in what environment (clean room, cold chamber, humid or dusty conditions).
With that information our team defines the conveyor type, usable width, drive system and accessories (stops, guides, sensors, workstations). All our conveyors are built on structural aluminum profile, so they can be modified, extended or relocated whenever your line changes, and they integrate with the rest of our industrial automation solutions.
Send us your measurements and the product you need to move, and we will recommend the right configuration — or browse our conveyor catalogs first.
Use cases by industry
Automotive & manufacturing
Assembly and sub-assembly lines, pallet transport with fixtures, inspection stations and accumulation between cells. Pallet and belt conveyors with pneumatic stops and code readers for traceability.
Food & beverage
Belt and roller conveyors for packaging, filling and palletizing, with washable materials and easy-clean design. Inclined conveyors for feeding hoppers and filling machines.
Logistics & e-commerce
Gravity and motorized rollers for receiving, picking and shipping; belts for sorting and packing stations. Modular systems that grow with your order volume.
Electronics, pharma & cosmetics
Light, quiet conveyors for delicate products, with adjustable guides, speed control and antistatic or sanitizable surfaces as required by the applicable standard.
Fabrication materials and lead times
Structure: anodized structural aluminum profile — lightweight, corrosion-resistant and reconfigurable without welding.
Transport surface: PVC or PU belts (smooth, textured or food grade), galvanized steel, stainless steel or PVC rollers, and precision chains or belts for pallet conveyors.
Drive & control: gearmotors with variable frequency drives, 24 V motorized rollers and sensors for start, stop and accumulation, ready to integrate with PLCs or existing automation systems.
Lead times: we manufacture in Mexico, so timing depends on length, conveyor type and accessories — not on an import. When you request a quote we confirm the fabrication and installation schedule, with delivery in Mexicali, Tijuana, Guadalajara and the rest of the country.
Frequently asked questions about industrial conveyors
How much does an industrial conveyor cost?
The price depends on length, usable width, conveyor type (belt, roller, pallet or inclined), maximum load and accessories such as drives, sensors or stops. A short gravity belt conveyor costs far less than an automated pallet system. Send us your measurements and the product to be transported and we will quote with no obligation.
What types of conveyor belts exist?
The most widely used in industry are flat PVC or PU belts, modular plastic belts, roller conveyors (gravity or motorized), inclined belts with cleats or textured surface, and pallet conveyors with chain or belt drive. Modular manufactures the four main types: belt, roller, pallet and inclined.
Which conveyor is best for heavy loads?
For heavy loads we recommend the pallet conveyor (up to 600 kg per pallet) or the roller conveyor (up to 250 kg per meter). Flat belts are used for light products, up to 120 kg.
Can they integrate with the equipment and systems I already have?
Yes. Conveyors are designed to couple with existing machines, robots, workstations and control systems, and since they are built on structural aluminum profile they can be extended, reconfigured or relocated whenever your process changes.
Where do you manufacture and where do you deliver?
We manufacture in Mexico and have distribution centers in Mexicali, Tijuana and Guadalajara, with delivery and installation nationwide.
